Something wrong with a file?

Contact us with the template link, the settings you changed, your slicer and its version, and the error you encountered. If a print failed, include the printer, nozzle, filament and plate used. We can investigate the model and explain any available correction; a software check cannot guarantee a particular physical result.

Before paid packs launch

Each pack will show its contents, licence, price and refund terms before purchase. We will not charge you or start a subscription for expressing interest. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
